SCM21 numeric synchronization relay realizes the measurement of voltage and frequency of 3 different inputs.

It controls the synchronization of values of frequency, voltage and phase angle of 2 inputs (1UL= line 1 and UL2=line2) comparing third input (BU=Bus) accepted as reference.
