All parts are separated to each other with metal plate. Cell carcasses are manufactured for 2-3mm powder coated galvanized steel. Other metal parts used in the manufacture of cell electro-galvanized coating. Rear and upper surfaces of the cells occurs fully bolted closures . Cells consist of four parts .
1-Low Voltage (LV) Part
2-Busbar Part
3-Cable Part
4-Circuit breaker Part
Low Voltage (LV) Part : It is in the front of the cell which is in measure protection part and control equipment. Relays, ammeter, voltmeter, wattmeter measuring instruments such as the energy analyzer is kept in this section. Mimic diagrams are located in the leading edge.
Busbar Parts: It is the upper section of the rear of the cell. It includes Electrolytic copper busbars with rectangular cross-section that connects the cells and circuit breaker connection. All busbar ends can provide opportunity for expansion of any structure can be assembled without the need for renovation.
Cable section: It is at the bottom of the back of the cell. Current transformers, voltage transformers, surge arresters, ground circuit breaker, a capacitive voltage divider, post insulators and wiring terminals located in this section.
Circuit breaker Part : It is in the front of the cell. Switching element, the circuit breaker (SF6 or vacuum type circuit breaker type) and circuit breaker the part where its wheels are located. Insurance, depending on the project, the contactor are also located in this section. Breaking mechanism is fitted on the trolley system. The structure features a slide-out for easy and quick to act ..
Drawer positions: Business location: The switching units, the main circuit connection part is provided in full. Energized circuit breaker, circuit breaker truck is connected to the grounding system of the cell.
Test location: drawer is in position of pulled back.
No longer have a connection between the main circuit switching unit. Situated on the pull-out section of the connection of low voltage switching equipment is still available. Metal valves are closed. Out of the position: pull-out was completely out of the cell. No connection between the cell and the drawers are all gone.
