Surface covering can be made of galvanized sheet metal, hot-dip galvanize, electro galvanized, electrostatic powder paint and industrial wet paint. The thickness of the paint is minimum 65 micron. Sealing is provided with gasket and consist of IP 54 protection class. The design and production can be made according to request of customer IP protection. The standard color of counter panel is produce as RAL 7032. Upon request, various colors are possible.
1.Internal Type Panels
They are used in loss of systems such as transformer panels, distribution systems, compensation systems. They are appropriate for inside operation. They are manufactured as 2 mm thick galvanized metal sheet modules or welding. The protection degree is designed as IP54.
2.External Type Panels
They are used in lots of system as Transformer Panels, Distribution Systems, Compensation Systems, MCC Systems and Functional. They are preferred in external environment. In general, they are preferred in environments which have problem of indoor. They are manufactured at height of 1600, 1800, 2000 ( if available + plinth ) and are preferred in the system of multi-automat ,TMS (Thermal Magnetic Switch ) and motor starting systems ( velocity control systems). The class of IP protection is high. They are manufactured with cap to not effect rain.
